CHAIR CON BUNDE announced SB 148 to be up for consideration.

SENATOR JOHNNY ELLIS, sponsor of SB 148, said he is completely
flexible and would roll his bill into Senator Guess' SB 149.
2:35:19 PM

He said they were drafted on different models that were similar
in effect. He did not mind the policy of insurance companies
accessing credit reports with consumer consent and would
consider that as a friendly amendment.
